Job Description
Senior Lawyer managing complex civil litigation and providing legal advisory on commercial contracts. Ensuring quality control in legal processes and client deliverables in Recife.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review strategic legal pleadings, appeals, opinions, and complex defenses
- Manage judicial and administrative proceedings related to civil litigation
- Advise clients on matters involving commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property
- Ensure control and management of procedural deadlines with a high level of organization and technical quality
- Review legal documents and support the standardization of internal firm materials
- Work autonomously in handling matters, ensuring technical excellence and fulfillment of deliverables
- Support the optimization of internal legal workflows and routines
Requirements:
- Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- Solid experience in civil litigation and in-depth knowledge of civil procedure
- Experience in corporate law, contracts, or intellectual property
- Excellent legal writing skills, with experience drafting and reviewing complex pleadings
- Analytical, strategic, and organized profile with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to provide consultative client service
- Ability to work autonomously in managing legal matters and prioritizing tasks
