Job Description

Sr Lead Customer Project/Program Manager at Cox Automotive focusing on strategic and tactical guidance for clients. Transforming vehicle portfolio management in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for client(s) for all aspects of the program
  • Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the client industry, business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities
  • Drives program evolution while keeping with client's strategic needs
  • Responsible for managing and implementing the overall program requirements
  • Ability to indirectly manage and influence a diverse group of resources
  • Facilitate complex team meetings involving business and technical resources
  • Effectively communicate & manage project expectations to client, project managers, sponsors, team members and other stakeholders
  • Tracks performance data and reports results to client
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of industry, economic trends and changes affecting businesses
  • Provides training and best practice recommendations to clients
  • Mentors other Program Leads and Program Managers

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and 8 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test
