Job Description
Senior Legal Counsel advising AUMOVIO, a mobility technology company, on digital law, autonomous driving, and technology contracts. Supporting global digital projects and potential M&A.
Responsibilities:
- Provide worldwide legal advice to AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries on corporate law, contract law, and digitalization
- Advise on Digital Law, including IT law, cloud services, AI regulation, and digital platforms
- Handle legal matters relating to autonomous driving
- Draft and review contracts with suppliers and customers, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, IT projects, and open-source arrangements
- Provide legal support for digitalization projects
- Advise on all legal matters across the Group
- Collaborate with IT, IP, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, and Procurement teams
- Support international projects and, where applicable, M&A activities in the digital sector
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in the legal department of a multinational corporation or at an international commercial law firm
- Sound knowledge of IT law and Digital Law
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to present complex matters in a practical and clear manner
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
