Job Description
Senior Loan Operations Specialist at Live Oak Bank managing accuracy of post‑closing loan activities. Supporting workflows by collaborating with multiple teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support loan activities after closing, including funding and account maintenance
- Manage core system data and operational processes for specialized lending products
- Perform general ledger and account reconciliations
- Onboard loans and design onboarding procedures
- Support audits and prepare documentation
- Create and improve departmental procedures
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of banking or financial services experience
- Strong proficiency in navigating core banking platforms and money‑movement systems
- Experience performing general ledger activities across multiple core system environments
- Strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods
- Comfortable working within technology‑driven workflows
