Job Description
Senior Manager responsible for executing high-impact accounting and finance workstreams in private equity consultancy. Leading client engagements and managing finance optimization initiatives for portfolio companies.
Responsibilities:
- Execute complex accounting and finance optimization workstreams within a structured engagement model
- Manage assigned responsibilities within an engagement, ensuring timely delivery of accurate, well-structured, and client-ready outputs
- Apply strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and operational finance concepts to support financial reporting, close process improvement, audit readiness, and operational analyses
- Provide meaningful support to engagement leadership in coordination, planning alignment, and delivery of key outputs
- Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization across deliverables, maintaining alignment with engagement timelines and objectives
- Provide hands-on accounting and finance support to private equity-backed companies, including: financial reporting and close process improvement, audit readiness and preparation, working capital, cash flow, and operational finance analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 years of experience in related field
- 5 years supervisory
- Must have and preserve required licenses
- Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
