Job Description

Senior Manager responsible for managing complex client relationships at Alight. Driving strategies for client success and retention in benefits solutions sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for strategy, management, and retention of a high-revenue client portfolio
  • Fostering strategic relationships with clients and brokers
  • Collaborating with Solutions Delivery team to ensure smooth transition from Implementation to Service
  • Advocating for business readiness and client success
  • Consulting with clients on best practices to increase product adoption
  • Owning the Account Health strategy for assigned client accounts

Requirements:

  • 5 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced degree equivalent
  • Excellent communication, relationship development, negotiation, and issue resolution skills with C-Suite Executives and key Client/Broker contacts
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing pricing and financial models
  • Ability to partner with the Sales/Commercial Team to identify expansion opportunities
  • Experience leading innovative and effective client engagement strategies
