Job Description
Data-driven strategist overseeing Reporting & Insights in Revenue Operations at Introhive. Responsible for translating revenue strategy into actionable data and improving decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a monthly, Board-ready reporting package summarizing key GTM metrics and performance insights
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable reporting across core GTM metrics (e.g., ARR, pipeline, bookings, retention)
- Improve data quality, consistency, and governance to support a trusted single source of truth
- Lead the transition to a CPQ-driven data model, ensuring reporting requirements are clearly defined and implemented
- Partner with RevOps leadership and GTM teams to improve forecast inputs through better data structure, pipeline visibility, and reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting that enable leaders to assess performance, identify gaps, and take action
- Deliver actionable insights to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to improve pipeline performance, conversion, and retention
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle
- Support the development of customer health indicators and performance benchmarks in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with stakeholders across GTM and Finance to ensure reporting aligns with business and financial requirements
- Support enablement efforts by ensuring teams understand and effectively use reporting tools and dashboards
- Act as a key partner in translating data into clear, actionable insights for both operators and leadership
Requirements:
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or FP&A within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong analytical and systems thinking: Able to work with complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Executive reporting: Experience producing executive- and Board-level reporting with minimal oversight, including synthesizing insights and preparing executive summaries and talking points
- Hands-on technical expertise: Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
- CPQ exposure: Experience supporting or working alongside CPQ implementations is a strong asset
- Business acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics, pipeline, forecasting, and performance drivers
- Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams
- Execution focus: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing structure-building with hands-on delivery
- Experience implementing reporting best practices and mentoring junior team members to strengthen organizational capability
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
