Job Description
Site Quality Manager responsible for planning, organizing, and leading quality work in the field for Hitachi Energy. Ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with stakeholders and adhering to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review contractual and local requirements applicable to site quality.
- Review lessons learnt from previous projects and relevant project plans (e.g., SQP, SMP).
- Review Contractor Quality Plans to ensure alignment with the Project Quality Plans and the customer requirements.
- Identify and follow up risks and mitigations to ensure site quality expectations.
- Set up and educate site personnel in the quality management system.
- Provide Quality Induction training to the site personnel.
- Execute and follow up the Quality Plans, master test plan and completion system status for site activities
- Review quality documentations for correctness and completeness prior approval.
Requirements:
- Technical / engineering / quality management education – minimum bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ year construction quality site experience or in operations.
- Power or energy industry experience.
- Track record and proven capability in Change Management, managing internal project/program in large and complex organization.
- ISO0991 knowledge, L6S Belt, MS Office suite.
- Ability to travel.
