Job Description
Senior Manager of Driver Operations building and scaling global programs for Mapbox's navigation products. Overseeing driver testing and ensuring high-quality product delivery in real-world conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage global driver testing programs
- Hire, train and lead full-time Driver Operations team
- Manage customer demos of in-car software
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams on test plans
- Lead execution of testing programs and produce detailed outputs
- Define KPIs and analyze results for continuous improvement
- Create dashboards, benchmarks, and reports for stakeholders
- Manage a small fleet of vehicles internationally
- Travel approximately once per month to support global programs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of operations and/or program experience
- Strong technical and analytical mindset
- SQL proficiency required
- Excellent communication skills (technical + external)
- Highly organized and execution-oriented
- Systems thinker with a focus on scalability
- Empathy and collaboration
