Job Description

Senior Manager leading Employee Engagement & Experience initiatives at Amentum. Fostering a positive employee culture and developing strategies for employee voice and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Create and manage programs that foster a positive employee experience and culture.
  • Lead enterprise listening strategy, including engagement surveys, monthly pulse checks, and focus groups.
  • Embed cultural identity and values across milestone moments and organizational initiatives.
  • Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure engagement program success.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, or similar field is desired.
  • 12 or more years' experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational development, with five years in a complex and global organization.
  • Expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience working in a government contractor and international experience preferred.
  • Must be a US Citizen to apply.
