Job Description
Senior Manager leading Employee Engagement & Experience initiatives at Amentum. Fostering a positive employee culture and developing strategies for employee voice and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create and manage programs that foster a positive employee experience and culture.
- Lead enterprise listening strategy, including engagement surveys, monthly pulse checks, and focus groups.
- Embed cultural identity and values across milestone moments and organizational initiatives.
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure engagement program success.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, or similar field is desired.
- 12 or more years' experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational development, with five years in a complex and global organization.
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience working in a government contractor and international experience preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen to apply.
