Job Description

Product Manager shaping digital products at VALUE AG, a key player in real estate valuations. Collaborating with tech, design, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • You align with the product strategy, derive clear goals and problem spaces from it, and ensure transparency and alignment within the team.
  • You conduct continuous Product Discovery (research, hypotheses, experiments), prioritize based on customer value, business impact and risk, and make well-founded decisions.
  • You proactively and systematically capture requirements, maintain a value-driven backlog and plan iterative releases together with Engineering, Design and stakeholders.
  • You continuously question the team’s ways of working and proactively introduce process improvements (e.g., through automation or AI tools).
  • You moderate problem spaces rather than solution requests, manage expectations and make strategy, progress and risks clear and traceable.
  • You define KPI targets (outcomes instead of output), ensure impact measurement and are accountable for the success of your initiatives, including review and course correction.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in product management or a comparable role, with strong skills in discovery, processes, structure, prioritization and agile ways of working.
  • You have strong structuring and analytical skills and produce high-quality requirements (e.g., PRDs, user stories, process documentation).
  • You navigate complex system logic, APIs, data flows and technical dependencies — not as a developer, but as a confident interface between business and engineering.
  • You can explain complex topics clearly, assert priorities decisively and moderate constructively — including and especially when there are conflicting goals.
  • You actively use AI to make your work more efficient and better and are open to learning new tools and approaches.

Benefits:

  • Feelgood: Events such as team activities, a summer party and regular offsites strengthen team cohesion and ensure cross-location exchange.
  • Feedback & Communication: We address employee needs through regular 1:1 conversations, anonymous employee surveys and an annual culture feedback process.
  • Office Benefits: Our offices feature height-adjustable desks, exercise balls, free drinks & snacks and much more. You can even bring your dog to the office.
  • Quality Time: We offer 30 days of vacation per year for full-time employees. In addition, we have internal special leave arrangements and the option of flexi-leave. Mobile working is also supported in line with our policy.
  • On top: You benefit from Hypoport perks, e.g. discounts in 300 online shops, workplace glasses, special conditions for JobRad (company bike leasing) and many more.
