Job Description
Senior Manager responsible for driving employer branding strategies at UiPath. Leading a team to enhance the company's reputation and recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead UiPath's global employer branding strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values, and talent acquisition goals
- Create compelling content across multiple platforms (social media, careers site, video, blogs) that showcases UiPath's culture, people, and opportunities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and HR teams to deliver cohesive messaging and campaigns
- Manage employer brand presence on key platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, monitoring and improving ratings and engagement
- Analyze employer brand metrics and market trends to continuously refine strategy and measure ROI
- Lead employer branding initiatives for key events, conferences, and university partnerships
- Collaborate with TA Operations to streamline recruiting workflows, improve candidate experience, and ensure brand consistency throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of building and executing employer brand strategies at scale
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills across digital and social channels
- Experience with employer brand measurement tools and analytics
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
