Job Description

Field Service Manager leading a Field Service Engineering team for Honeywell Process Solutions organization's growth. Improve performance, resolve customer issues, and mentor future managers in industrial automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a Field Service Engineering team for the Honeywell Process Solutions organization
  • Improve team performance
  • Ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth
  • Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems
  • Explore additional revenue-generating opportunities
  • Drive and improve metric reporting procedures
  • Own financial metrics, targets, and budgets
  • Define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholders
  • Act as mentor to train and develop future managers

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education in Engineering, Trades or Technology
  • 7+ years’ experience in Industrial Automation and Process Control industry
  • 5+ years' experience in a Lead or Manager capacity
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Pulp and Paper experience highly valued
  • QCS & DCS experience highly valued
  • Strong business acumen
  • Entrepreneurial mindset an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team
  • Previous customer service experience
