Job Description
Senior Manager managing prepaid debit card and digital disbursement programs for government contracts. Driving growth of banking services and ensuring compliance with client objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of prepaid debit card and digital disbursement programs
- Manages various projects in support of the onboarding of new clients and US Treasury programs and federal agencies
- Negotiates with Government Agencies & Departments in various services offered by the Bank
- Partner with the Program Manager – Prepaid and Digital Disbursement to manage operational relationships
- Builds communication channels with various levels of Government Agencies & Department Heads
- Responsible for Team achieving business goals
- Reviews RFP’s and oversees Bank’s response and approves proposals before submission
Requirements:
- High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- 12+ years of prior payments/banking experience with extensive client contact
- Comprehensive knowledge of payments and banking products and services
- Computer literacy in variety of programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and selected Fiserv banking software applications
- Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills
