Job Description

Hospitality sales leader expanding Precor and Peloton Commercial fitness solutions across EMEA. Building strategic partnerships, distributor capabilities, and sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the EMEA Hospitality Go-to-Market strategy across Direct and Distributor markets
  • Drive revenue growth through hotel groups, resorts, residential operators, serviced apartments, and wellness-focused hospitality brands
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key hospitality groups, ownership companies, operators, consultants, and developers across EMEA
  • Build strategic relationships with hospitality operators, ownership groups, architects, designers, and industry influencers
  • Increase Precor and Peloton Commercial brand awareness and market share within Hospitality and Residential segments
  • Create scalable sales programmes and commercial frameworks to support growth across EMEA
  • Partner with UK, DACH, and Export sales teams to embed hospitality-focused growth plans
  • Develop distributor capabilities, tools, and programmes to accelerate hospitality opportunities in local markets
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to strengthen the hospitality proposition and generate customer demand
  • Represent Precor and Peloton Commercial at industry events, customer engagements, and strategic partner meetings
  • Maintain robust pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, and performance reporting to support sustainable growth

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in business development, sales leadership, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or related industries
  • Proven track record of building new business channels and delivering sustainable commercial growth
  • Experience working across multiple international markets, including distributor-led sales models
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and securing strategic partnerships
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
  • Candidates must reside within the UK
  • Reliable transportation to support travel requirements of 50% or more
  • Must be authorised to work in the country without sponsorship both now and in the future
  • Leadership experience in the hospitality industry within the EMEA region
  • Ability to commit to travel as part of the working day
