Job Description

Senior Manager guiding Manufacturing Excellence initiatives in Integer Manufacturing. Implementing sustainable systems for world-class operational performance across facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Manufacturing Excellence across Integer Manufacturing Facilities
  • Design and implement sustainable systems for operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost
  • Deploy the Integer Production System
  • Lead annual Hoshin Planning process for site breakthrough opportunities
  • Facilitate Lean Diagnosis Workshops and create strategic improvement plans
  • Mentor teams through implementation phase and ensure sustainable success
  • Promote Lean thinking through training, mentoring, and coaching at all levels of the organization
  • Promote engagement through the Improvement Idea System

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • 10 years industrial experience in driving continuous improvement
  • Plant Continuous Improvement Manager experience preferred
  • Specialized Knowledge: Hoshin Planning, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Manufacturing Standardized Work, Manufacturing Training & Certification, Built-in Quality, Scheduling & Material Operating System, Manufacturing Cell Design, Total Productive Maintenance, Leader Standard Work, Production Monitoring & Improvement Process
  • Possess change agent mentality
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Well-developed skills for planning, executing and delivering projects to expected results
  • Ability to motivate, coach and teach
  • Ability to facilitate workshop events
