Job Description
Proposals Manager developing and managing proposals for pharmacovigilance at PrimeVigilance. Leading the proposal development process within the Clinical Research Organization industry.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically support and lead the development of proposals
- Ensure proposal input obtained from a variety of stakeholders
- Deliver high quality client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids
- Attend department meetings and support Proposals training
- Support in activities related to client contracts and change orders
- Develop Standardized procedures and streamline processes
- Support the development of junior staff by organizing lessons learned programs
- Ensure continuous departmental process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience developing proposals and managing budgets within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) industry
- Background in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or with PV providers is a plus
