Job Description
Sr. Manager PMO at Veracyte leading complex software-related projects. Drive successful delivery through project lifecycles in a purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated project/program plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver milestones
- Monitor performance against plan
- Partner with PMO leadership and business leaders
- Conduct post-launch reviews and lessons learned
- Accountable for driving the delivery of projects
- Coordinate with enabling teams to meet compliance, validation, and operational readiness requirements
- Leverage and govern common toolchains for planning, tracking, and reporting
- Identify resource needs and collaborate with functional leaders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of project/program management experience in life sciences or adjacent domains
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, business, or related field
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management practices and tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering/IT, Clinical, Regulatory/Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams
- PMP and/or Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications preferred
