Job Description
Sr. Manager for Product Intelligence at CSAA Insurance Group focusing on AI-driven insights for product strategy. Leading a team to deliver actionable intelligence for decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director, Product Innovation & Intelligence
- Deliver actionable intelligence powered by artificial intelligence that drives data-driven decision-making within Product Strategy & Development
- Use analytics and AI to shape decisions by equipping product managers with intelligence and predictive capabilities
- Lead a team of analysts focused on building and deploying innovative AI and analytics solutions
- Operationalize Data Science outputs and integrate new AI driven insight frameworks
- Collaborate across multiple functions to translate business questions into analytics and AI requirements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of dynamic experience in product management, product delivery, or related disciplines
- 3–5+ years of direct people management experience leading product teams
- Proven ability to lead others directly or indirectly, as demonstrated through 3+ years of leading teams, enterprise wide programs, or large cross-functional programs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead teams to greater productivity and creativity
- Exhibits exceptional intellectual curiosity and a relentless passion for continuous learning
- Proven track record to lead and develop teams in matrixed, cross-functional environments
