Job Description

Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing plans for a SaaS company in life sciences, focusing on demand generation and engagement with professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • partner with the CMO to develop and execute integrated marketing plans
  • collaborate with the CMO to define and manage marketing KPIs
  • lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns
  • manage and optimize SEO performance
  • monitor and refine ICP persona segmentation
  • develop and contribute to long- and short-form content
  • track, report, and analyze campaign and SEO performance
  • translate performance data into actionable recommendations
  • partner with internal and external teams to support events

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated B2B SaaS marketing experience
  • strong proficiency in campaign development and management
  • content strategy and development
  • demand generation, thought leadership, and SEO
  • strong experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and enterprise SEO tools
  • ability to perform accurate data analysis and recommend enhancements
  • success using AI productivity tools
  • 4+ years’ recent experience with WordPress
  • exceptional ability to develop data-informed messaging
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
