Job Description

Senior Marketing Manager developing and executing marketing strategies for a fintech company. Focusing on cross-channel marketing including SEO, content, social media, and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead our cross-channel marketing strategy — from content and SEO to social media, paid channels and partnerships
  • You bring structure to marketing: campaign planning, project management, budget ownership, and performance measurement
  • You work closely with our CMO, Sales, and Product teams to keep messaging and positioning sharp
  • You turn social into a performance channel
  • You identify what works and what doesn’t — and continuously optimize based on data

Requirements:

  • Ideally you trained at an agency and learned how marketing really works — and since then you’ve been able to deliver independently
  • You have taken responsibility in smaller companies or startups and moved things forward without waiting for a large team
  • You take ownership: you can think strategically while also being hands-on
  • Excellent German and good English skills — you know how to craft messages that stick
  • Data-driven mindset: you work with numbers, draw conclusions, and take action
