Job Description
Senior Field Marketing Manager at Nexthink managing B2B marketing events across North America. Focused on strategy and execution of impactful marketing experiences for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner across the organization to strategize and execute amazing experiences
- Liaise directly with partner marketing managers at key accounts to develop marketing strategies
- Strategize, plan and execute all aspects of events including goal setting and logistics
- Coordinate event marketing lead processes and communication mechanisms
- Collaborate internally across teams to ensure events achieve goals
- Manage and oversee events on the day of as required
- Conceptualize and design event inventory that align with our branding
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional B2B marketing experience in Enterprise SaaS
- Experience building, executing, and scaling corporate events, including major trade shows and smaller regional events targeting enterprise clients
- Operational mindset with the ability to find efficiencies and create processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience presenting progress and outcomes to senior leadership
- Capable of directly owning and managing all elements of field programs from conception to measurement
- Able to influence at multiple levels without authority
- Thrives in an ambiguous environment
- Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and partner teams
- Prior experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms strongly preferred
- Willing to travel at least 30%
