Job Description
Marketing Operations Manager responsible for automation and analytics improvements at Dremio. Focused on enhancing marketing systems and workflows using AI agents.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Marketo instance, email lifecycle programs, lead scoring, and data hygiene. You'll design and optimize the workflows that move prospects from first touch to qualified pipeline — and you'll treat every workflow as a candidate for automation.
- Build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that tells marketing what's working and what isn't.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows using agents and our n8n platform, eliminate manual marketing tasks.
- Partner with sales ops and out BDR lead on lead handoff, lead quality, and data integrity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or a hybrid ops/analytics role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a technical product environment
- Deep hands-on experience with Marketo (or comparable marketing automation platform), including campaign builds, lead scoring, nurture programs, and data management
- Strong analytical foundation — you understand how to work with and analyst data
- Demonstrated experience building automations or AI-powered workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar); n8n experience is a strong plus
- A product-management mindset applied to marketing systems. You think in terms of user experience, prioritization, and iterative improvement
- Financial or strategic thinking skills. You understand unit economics, can model scenarios, and tie marketing activity to business outcomes
- Bias for action with intellectual curiosity. You ship fast, learn from the data, and iterate
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a technical system to a non-technical stakeholder clearly
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment; startup or high-growth experience preferred.
Benefits:
- Dremio is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other unlawful factor.
- Dremio is committed to providing any necessary accommodations for individuals with disabilities within our application and interview process.
