Job Description
Senior Consultant in Oracle Transportation Management focused on logistics and supply chain projects. Responsible for translating business needs into functional and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior consultant on OTM implementation and rollout projects
- Conduct requirements gathering with logistics, transportation, planning and operations teams
- Design functional solutions in OTM aligned with the client’s business processes
- Configure and parameterize OTM modules (planning, execution, freight settlement, among others)
- Support architecture definitions for integrations between OTM and other corporate systems (ERP, WMS, legacy TMS, etc.)
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports and integrations
- Participate in functional and integrated testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Support go-live activities and assist with post-implementation stabilization
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the logistics processes supported by the solution
- Provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior consultants, promoting best practices and standardization of solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in OTM projects
- Experience with full implementations or major platform enhancements
- Strong knowledge of transportation processes, load planning, consolidation, routing and freight settlement
- Experience integrating OTM with systems such as ERP (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP S/4HANA) and WMS
- Knowledge of logistics process modeling and functional documentation
- Experience configuring agents, events, workflows and automations in OTM
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose structured solutions
