Job Description
Senior Marketing Specialist managing paid acquisition strategies for ShareGate growth and experimentation with performance marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social advertising campaigns.
- Manage and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Reddit.
- Build ShareGate Protect’s paid demand generation program from the ground up.
- Monitor spend, pacing, and performance to ensure an efficient return on customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Implement and validate end-to-end conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager.
- Identify and prioritize experimentation opportunities across channels, formats, and audiences.
- Design and measure experiments to improve acquisition, conversion, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to develop high-performing creative assets.
- Analyze funnel performance and share insights to inform strategy.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years in performance or growth marketing with direct management of paid channels, including direct responsibility for $500K+ monthly ad spend.
- Proven hands-on management of paid search and paid social at $500K+ monthly ad spend.
- Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience designing and executing A/B or multivariate experiments.
- Proven ability to implement and validate end-to-end conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, HubSpot, and HockeyStack.
- Real AI workflows built using tools like Claude, Markifact, or n8n.
- Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- Curious, results-oriented, and motivated to explore new growth levers.
