Job Description
Senior Product Designer creating scalable B2B eCommerce experiences for Oura Ring orders, payments, and memberships. Improving enterprise customer journeys through research, prototyping, and responsive web design.
Responsibilities:
- Design UX for B2B web products and systems facilitating sales and management of bulk Oura Ring orders and companion services
- Architect scalable, customizable landing page templates for client-specific branding and messaging
- Design self-service interfaces for customers to manage orders, billing, payments, and membership statuses
- Design flexible branded checkout flows supporting split-tender payments, subsidies, and customizable messaging
- Design and govern a centralized promotions and partnership-enabled platform
- Own UX design and enhancements for the B2B “For Organizations” microsite
- Create UI design solutions that scale for international expansion
- Develop empathy and understanding for enterprise customers across healthcare, military, partnerships, and research sectors
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web designs
- Recommend UX/UI improvements using quantitative and qualitative data and user research
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and internal and external stakeholders to create and iterate on scalable features
- Collaborate with creative and product design teams to maintain UX and brand consistency
- Support squad leaders in planning and structuring sprints
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a UI/UX designer, with time spent building eCommerce platforms, SaaS, or dashboard tools
- Excellent use of Figma ecosystem
- Competence in gAI tools like Gemini, Loveable, and Claude
- Experience creating solutions for enterprise/B2B space, including invoicing and global payment methods
- A portfolio showcasing high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work
- Strong understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and responsive web principles
- Ability to identify and solve strategic business and customer improvements based on analytics and research
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines on a distributed team
- Ability to manage multiple features or epics and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience owning and driving user research activities
- Supports squad leaders to plan and structure sprints
- Intermediate prototyping skills to communicate ideas
- Must reside in the United States; candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wisconsin are not considered
