Job Description
Senior Product Lead advancing CVS Health’s AI-powered Clinical Insights Engine. Driving healthcare product roadmaps, adoption, and measurable clinical and financial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define the multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for the Clinical Insights Engine’s integration with CVS Health businesses
- Synthesize clinical and business objectives with platform capabilities to define product direction
- Partner with Platform PMs to co-develop and integrate business objectives into the overarching Clinical Insights Engine strategy
- Facilitate exchange between clinical business needs and platform technical capabilities
- Partner with customer business and technology teams to monitor implementation and adoption
- Ensure delivered solutions drive intended clinical and financial outcomes and iterate based on real-world feedback
- Serve as primary liaison between clinical leadership, business owners, and the Clinical Insights Engine platform
- Develop data-driven business cases for new features or model enhancements
- Communicate progress, blockers, and value realization to senior leadership
- Define and monitor KPIs such as provider acceptance rates, diagnostic accuracy, quality gap closure, and intervention timeliness
- Identify and act on product improvement opportunities through quantitative analysis and user feedback
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience with a proven track record in product management
- Ability to drive complex, multi-year strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment through influence and outcomes rather than direct authority
- Ability to partner effectively in a “two-in-a-box” model alongside Platform PMs
- Ability to balance business outcome urgency with long-term technical integrity and system scalability
- Comfort with data analytics and collaboration with analytics teams to evaluate product impact
- Ability to communicate complex clinical and technical metrics to non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and experience working with senior business leaders, clinicians, and technical architects
- Preferred: experience in healthcare, digital health solutions, or clinical informatics
- Preferred: experience integrating AI, machine learning, or large language models into enterprise products
- Preferred: understanding of HEDIS/STARS quality measurement, Risk Adjustment/Revenue Cycle Management, clinical decision support, care interventions, and next best actions
- Preferred: experience in a B2B2C or provider-facing product role
- BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
