Job Description
Product Owner Sênior evoluindo produtos financeiros impactados pela Reforma Tributária na Verity. Traduzindo regras tributárias e contábeis em requisitos para times de Produto e Tecnologia.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the evolution of financial products and processes impacted by Tax Reform
- Connect business needs with Product and Technology teams
- Understand business rules and organize requirements
- Transform tax, financial, and accounting needs into clear development requirements
- Develop and communicate the product vision and objectives
- Organize, detail, and prioritize the backlog
- Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead refinement sessions, discovery, and delivery planning
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Align priorities with stakeholders and Technology teams
- Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and scope changes
- Support the development and evolution of the roadmap
- Ensure clarity regarding priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Track product metrics and value generation
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Owner or in related Product roles
- Knowledge of financial products
- Experience or knowledge in Tax Reform, tax, fiscal, financial, or accounting processes
- Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex business rules into clear requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, organized, collaborative, and results-oriented profile
- Strong decision-making skills and a sense of ownership
- Preferred: experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or payment companies
- Preferred: participation in regulatory compliance or Tax Reform projects
- Preferred: knowledge of billing, payments, and accounting entries
- Preferred: experience with system integrations and APIs
- Preferred: certifications in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Agile methodologies
