Job Description

Product Manager gerindo produtos digitais estruturantes no Grupo Boticário, ecossistema brasileiro de beleza. Conduzindo roadmap, métricas, arquitetura, experimentos e alinhamento com engenharia.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage foundational digital products that enable infrastructure and platform capabilities, ensuring strategic focus and continuous roadmap progress.
  • Define and monitor product metrics, including standards adoption, stability, performance, and technical debt reduction.
  • Translate technical advancements into executive reports highlighting business impact and efficiency for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on the pain points and needs of users and peer squads.
  • Facilitate alignment and ideation sessions to propose scalable solutions.
  • Investigate and lead experiments involving foundational architecture concepts, standards, and tools.
  • Document and share learnings to support the healthy growth of the ecosystem.
  • Act as a bridge between organizational needs and development teams.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple areas to enable the technical decoupling of systems.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and prioritization rituals together with the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related technology field.
  • Previous experience working as a PM/PO throughout the lifecycle of technical products, such as platforms, APIs, or infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, cybersecurity, and the software development lifecycle, with the ability to use metrics and telemetry—including adoption, performance, and stability data—to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, along with strong planning skills to balance long-term foundational initiatives with short-term, ad hoc demands.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, fostering team maturity through mentoring and documentation while translating complex topics into clear presentations.
  • Analytical and inquisitive mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and ensure a roadmap focused on real business impact.
  • Preferred: Previous experience with large-scale technology migration or re-architecture projects.
