Job Description

Paid part-time Product Owner internship at MasterBorn, building digital products for established companies and startups. Supporting backlogs, client calls, documentation, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with experienced mentors on real, cross-functional projects
  • Support Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and keeping delivery on track
  • Join client calls and internal stand-ups, with opportunities to facilitate stand-ups with support
  • Collaborate with designers and developers
  • Write clear, structured documentation
  • Learn how teams plan, estimate, prioritize, and iterate
  • Receive feedback from mentors, project teams, and the Delivery team
  • Potentially support marketing or internal initiatives
  • Join the Product Talent Pool and participate in recruitment when a matching project appears

Requirements:

  • Curious about how digital products are built from first idea to launch
  • Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals on the spot, including flows, diagrams, and step-by-step breakdowns
  • Proactive, communicative, and willing to ask questions
  • Eager to learn how to work with developers, designers, and clients
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Notion, FigJam, or Jira
  • Fluent in Polish and English, minimum C1 in both; this is required
  • Active student status
  • Bonus: involvement in student organizations, startups, or hackathons
  • Bonus: interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools
  • Bonus: familiarity with Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup
  • Bonus: prior Product Owner or Project Lead experience
