Job Description
Junior Product Owner managing client requirements, roadmaps, and tech teams for MasterBorn’s IT solutions. Working remotely in the Polish time zone with international IT clients.
Responsibilities:
- Attend project meetings with Product Owners and all stakeholders
- Gather client requirements and manage client needs
- Maintain process transparency, including the product roadmap
- Lead a tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers
- Learn and apply best practices
- Gather knowledge from certified courses and recommended books
- Learn to describe business processes and extract business requirements from clients
- Receive continuous support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners
Requirements:
- Knowledge-hungry and growth-oriented
- Excellent command of Polish and English (both C1) is required
- Openness to AI & automations tools
- First commercial experience in managing projects, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management
- Knowledge about SDLC
- Experience working with tech team (developers, designers)
- Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions
- Practical knowledge of using AI in projects
- Know how to conduct workshops and run meetings with business external clients
- Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals on the spot (flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns)
- Problem-solving as a way of thinking

- Experienced in cooperating with others
- Project management skills
- Agile mindset and flexibility
- Good self-management and decision-making skills
- Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
