  • Keep assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks, and product decisions explicit
  • Work with nonprofit event teams, participants, design partners, and internal GTM teams
  • Validate decisions through interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes, and live product usage
  • Shape problems including registration, teams and captains, attribution and reporting, event operations, participant communication, and CRM integrations

  • Surface dependencies, risks, and unresolved decisions early
  • Launch and learn through EAPs with clear criteria, measures, readiness requirements, and out-of-scope areas
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, CSM, and Support on positioning, customer commitments, enablement, and competitive context
  • Connect product evidence to adoption, expansion, pipeline, retention, and GPV
  • Use AI for research synthesis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company
  • End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Engineering and Design
  • Strong judgment in reducing a large problem space to a focused release and explaining trade-offs
