Job Description

Senior Product Manager scaling Ratehub’s Everyday Banking portfolio for Canadian consumers. Owning strategy, delivery, personalization, funnel optimization, and go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy for the Everyday Banking portfolio, including cards, chequing, savings, investments, and loans
  • Set the vision for AI-driven personalization
  • Drive roadmap alignment and prioritization with executive leadership
  • Monitor fintech trends, competitor movements, and open banking opportunities
  • Translate strategy into product requirements, scope, success criteria, and edge cases
  • Lead the cross-functional pod through backlog sequencing, Scrum ceremonies, and end-to-end delivery
  • Make data-backed trade-offs across scope, scalability, and timelines
  • Define success metrics and reporting for product performance
  • Optimize delivery processes and prioritization frameworks
  • Orchestrate go-to-market plans across operational readiness, marketing alignment, and launch execution
  • Optimize user funnels using user research and A/B testing data
  • Partner with marketing and content teams on web experiences, SEO, GEO, and landing page performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record owning a product line end-to-end
  • Experience ideally in fintech, personal finance, or a high-growth B2C marketplace
  • Experience defining and evolving product strategy
  • Expertise in web analytics, user testing, and A/B testing
  • Strong Agile/Scrum background
  • Experience validating concepts through MVPs and lean testing
  • Fluency incorporating AI tools into product workflows
  • Passion for UX/design and translating customer and business needs into products
  • Ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into hypotheses, scoped bets, and sequenced plans
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Genuine interest in personal finance
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
