Job Description
Education Product Development Manager developing and managing online education products at Keypath Education. Driving market growth, launches, and portfolio performance across Southeast Asia and Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth and success of Keypath’s education portfolio across Southeast Asia, primarily and secondarily Australia
- Lead new product development and ongoing product management
- Identify market opportunities
- Develop and launch innovative education programs
- Optimise existing offerings to maximise performance and revenue outcomes
- Manage the product pipeline and processes
- Engage with industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, university partners, and industry stakeholders
- Lead programs from concept through launch
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies
- Ensure products remain competitive and aligned to market demand
- Conduct market research and develop customer insights
- Report to the Principal Portfolio Lead
- Balance strategic product development initiatives with portfolio management responsibilities to support business objectives
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Education, EdTech, Marketing, Product development, Product management, Business development, Commercial strategy or Market research
- 15+ years' experience in a relevant strategic or commercial role
- Strong experience influencing senior and academic stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and assess commercial viability of new products
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver on financial targets
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to connect different data sources
- Confident with data and Excel, including pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Candidates must reside in Malaysia with full working rights
