Job Description
Senior Product Manager owning and evolving critical dashboards for partners and internal teams at a fintech company. Leading strategy and driving feature development for enhanced mortgage services.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Lead Portal dashboard.
- Shift the Lead Portal from a passive “pull” experience to a proactive “push” experience.
- Elevate the tools our Operations and Support teams use daily.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on internal tools and the users who rely on them.
- Clearly define and communicate strategy, priorities, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Create, monitor, and assess success metrics, and present findings to the leadership team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer Operations.
- Synthesize and prioritize user needs, clearly articulating what problem should be solved, for whom, and why it matters.
- Drive feature development end-to-end.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager; prior fintech or lending experience preferred.
- Experience building and shipping complex internal tools, dashboards, or workflow-driven products.
- Experience owning high-traffic console or portal surfaces where information architecture, speed, and usability are critical to daily productivity.
- Comfort designing products that serve both human users and AI-assisted workflows.
- Proven ability to operate with speed and ownership in fast-moving environments.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
- Highly collaborative and low-ego.
