Job Description
Senior Product Manager at Federato developing insurance distribution tools and optimizing agent onboarding. Collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver compliant solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap for distribution management
- Develop features that provide real-time access to agent and agency data
- Implement performance analytics tools to monitor producer effectiveness
- Design and manage commission structures and incentive programs
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of focus on insurance distribution.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance distribution models
- Proven track record of delivering SaaS products
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- A BA/BS degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Preferred: MBA or MS in Technology Management, Data & Analytics, or Insurance Management
