Job Description
Senior Product Manager defining operational workflows for ZHL mortgage lifecycle. Partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own how operational work is defined, surfaced, prioritized, and completed across the workforce
- Design systems that break down complex business processes into actionable units of work
- Ensure operator actions are captured in-system
- Partner with Sales, Fulfillment, and Business Operations leaders
- Collaborate with platform product teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience building internal tools, workflow products, or platforms for operationally complex organizations
- Strong systems thinker
- Analytical and data-driven
- Comfortable defining patterns in ambiguous problem spaces
