Job Description
Senior Project Manager at JLL responsible for executing complex telecommunications construction projects. Focused on strategic leadership and stakeholder management for industry-changing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Leading industry changing projects
- Executing complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership
- Facilitating critical stakeholder meetings
- Providing on-site project leadership
- Applying financial acumen to meet client goals
- Contributing to work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices for team results
- Managing client and vendor relationships for seamless conflict resolution
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management required
- 7+ years of Construction project management experience in commercial telecommunications and telecom tower construction
- Construction inspection experience and construction drawing review capabilities
- Experience ordering and reviewing engineering deliverables including geotechnical reports, structural analyses, and surveys
- Additional language skills (written & oral) preferred
