Job Description

Senior Project Manager managing intricate healthcare/pharma projects for on-time, on-budget delivery. Collaborating with clients to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and successfully.
  • Ensure each project adheres to the organization's process for all required deliverables.
  • Take ownership of and stay informed about the status of each project, from initiation through deployment.
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of client requirements.
  • Manage intricate projects, accounts, and clients across a wide variety of projects concurrently.
  • Lead project planning and execution, demonstrating understanding of project scope for complex or large projects.
  • Ensure consistent on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, being accountable for the development and upkeep of project plans and timelines.
  • Run internal status calls and meetings, maintaining internal status reports.
  • Attend client project briefing and kick-off meetings to ensure timeline and scope/budget expectations are discussed.
  • Proactively manage project details, monitoring and reporting progress to stakeholders, including finance.
  • Collaborate with client team lead on project budgets to ensure profitability and promptly identify issues.
  • Provide ongoing updates, including status changes and project-specific recommendations on next steps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, showcasing a high level of proficiency in job responsibilities.
  • 3-5 years of project coordination, project management, or account management within healthcare/pharma agencies
  • Ability to lead and manage intricate and large projects, including assignments that may span across brands and more than one client team
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification preferred
  • Exhibit a robust understanding of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT
  • Experience in successfully managing projects through the full life cycle according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritization with excellent time management and delegation skills.
  • Exhibit a steadfast focus on detail and maintain consistent attention to precision.
