Job Description
Senior Project Manager delivering LIMS, ELN, and SDMS deployments for Sapio Sciences. Owning customer projects from kick-off through go-live across a global lab informatics business.
Responsibilities:
- Prime Sapio Sciences deployments and major enhancement projects
- Own deployment success from project kick-off through go-live
- Manage multiple projects and coordinate teams to keep them on track
- Advise customers on Sapio Sciences best practices
- Follow Sapio Sciences’ agile deployment methodology and maintain regular customer communication
- Develop detailed project plans meeting time, budget, quality, and success criteria
- Evaluate progress against plans and implement corrective action plans
- Brief Sapio teams before deployments and maintain professional customer engagements
- Coordinate internal resource allocation with the Head of Programs
- Document customer feedback and ensure issues are addressed
- Establish scalable processes and methods across the Customer Success PM organisation with the global PM team
- Manage all project-management-related deployment services documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Experience within Life Sciences, ideally working in a LIMS or ELN software environment
- Substantial experience managing internal and external stakeholders to meet project success
- Experience planning and leading external client workshops and documenting project plans
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in a Life Science preferred
- Self-starter willing to learn from first principles
- Natural problem solver and great communicator
- Determined, persistent, customer-centric, and approachable
- Proven organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and fact-finding skills
- Experience with business change and transformation and ability to advise on best practice
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Good computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM programs
- Demonstrated success working responsibly and effectively from a home office
- Ability to travel to client sites within Europe
- Agile Project Management certification or demonstrable experience preferred
