Job Description
Senior Project Manager responsible for managing project scope and delivery in innovative AI agency. Collaborating with stakeholders and leading teams to ensure successful output.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects using Agile methodologies from initiation to delivery
- Own project scope, timelines, risks, and overall delivery
- Monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely resolution
- Manage and engage stakeholders, aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and coordinate project teams, providing guidance and resolving challenges
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong practical experience with Agile methodologies
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid experience in scope, timeline, and risk management
- Experience in people management
- Strong progress monitoring and reporting skills
- English level C1 or higher
- Experience as a Business Analyst is a plus
- Technical background or prior technical career is a plus
- Certifications or courses related to AI / ML is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI / ML projects and understanding of their specifics is a plus
- Data visualization skills: creating mockups, wireframes, use-case diagrams, and prototypes is a plus
