Job Description
PMO / Senior Project Manager delivering a crypto casino platform in a high-impact execution role. Managing project delivery and stakeholder coordination in a fast-growing iGaming company.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project delivery from pre-launch through go-live
- Define and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Engineering (frontend, backend, platform), Product, Payments / Integrations
- Drive execution across: Platform delivery, Wallet / payment integrations, Third-party provider integrations
- Identify risks, blockers, and delivery gaps early, and proactively resolve them
- Maintain clear visibility and reporting for leadership
- Ensure readiness for beta and public launch
- Support post-launch stabilization and iteration
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a PMO / Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager
- Strong background in iGaming platforms or iGaming providers (casino, sportsbook, payments, RGS, platforms)
- Proven experience working in pre-launch or high-growth environments
- Highly execution-oriented, detail-driven, and structured
- Comfortable working directly with technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English (mandatory)
