Job Description
Senior Property Consultant for InvestorKit, driving revenue through strategic property investment in Australia. Managing sales pipeline, securing agreements, and collaborating with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Secure signed and paid agreements from qualified prospects
- Manage sales pipeline through CRM
- Maintain 100% follow-up through calendar and system discipline
- Run effective closing calls
- Collaborate with Setters for clean handovers
Requirements:
- Drive front-end revenue by securing signed and paid agreements
- Manage sales pipeline with precision and urgency
- Follow up with 100% task adherence
- Run effective closing calls
- Collaborate closely with Property Consultants
- Participate in team discussions, trainings, and outcomes
- Conduct a range of whitespace activities (e.g; outbound, rescheduling)
- Pursue self-development to elevate performance standard
- Adhere to sales frameworks, processes, and compliance standards
