Job Description
Senior Recruiter for Care Transformation team at Ambience Healthcare. Leading recruitment efforts across multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Care Transformation roles
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and define success profiles
- Develop sourcing strategies using AI tools and referrals
- Improve recruiting workflows in Ashby
- Drive candidate experience from outreach through offer close
- Utilize data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes
- Support offer strategy and closing conversations
Requirements:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (GTM, support, technical roles)
- Strong execution focus and sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- Data-driven approach to hiring metrics and reducing bias
- Resilience and resourcefulness in fast-moving environments
- Passion for candidate experience and follow-through
