Job Description

First in-house recruiter at Harmonic Security developing and managing full-cycle recruiting. Building foundational hiring systems and partnering with executives across the company to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for all open roles across Harmonic Security globally
  • Build Harmonic’s foundational hiring systems including ATS selection and implementation, workflows, documentation, interview guidelines, and careers page.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, interview plans, success criteria, and hiring SLAs.
  • Source candidates proactively through outbound outreach, networks, job boards, and communities.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through structured communication, clear expectations, and consistent process.
  • Manage all recruiting operations including scheduling, background checks, compliance, and maintaining clean ATS data.
  • Write job descriptions, publish job ads, and support employer brand development.

Requirements:

  • Five to eight plus years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven success hiring across both engineering and GTM teams.
  • Ability to operate independently with high volume and minimal coordination support.
  • Experience implementing ATS systems and creating scalable hiring processes.
  • Strong sourcing skills across outbound channels and talent communities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional partnership.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
