Job Description
Senior Sales Enablement Specialist enabling enterprise and mid-market teams selling EPM and equity services solutions. Building GTM collateral, coaching sellers, and measuring productivity and quota impact.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sr. Manager on enablement strategy and execute field-facing initiatives
- Design and deliver in-person workshops, Microsoft Teams bootcamps, coaching sessions, and ongoing field support
- Build and maintain go-to-market collateral including discovery guides, battle cards, competitive positioning, playbooks, demo flows, use case narratives, ROI calculators, and value justification templates
- Support sellers before, during, and after deals through training, collateral access, coaching, objection handling, complex scenario guidance, win/loss analysis, and continuous improvement
- Measure ramp time, time-to-first-deal, average deal size, win rates, quota attainment, collateral usage, and enablement ROI
- Serve as a subject matter expert on EPM platforms and equity services solutions and translate technical features into business impact
- Diagnose capability gaps, coach underperforming representatives, and guide behavioral change
- Lead new-hire onboarding, bootcamps, field ride-alongs, and progression frameworks
- Lead or deliver Sales Kickoffs, product launch training, competitive response programs, and regional training events
- Use Claude AI to automate collateral drafts, personalize coaching feedback, analyze win/loss data, and generate sales scenarios while maintaining quality control
- Present enablement metrics and business-impact recommendations to the Sr. Manager and sales leadership
- Collaborate on LMS, collateral management, Salesforce reporting, and Claude integration maintenance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Operations, or Sales Coaching experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS
- Experience supporting both enterprise and mid-market sales teams
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Performance Management platforms, including planning, budgeting, analytics, and forecasting
- Experience selling or supporting equity services, employee ownership solutions, or related financial services
- Exceptional facilitation and training delivery skills for virtual and in-person audiences
- Track record building GTM collateral from scratch, including playbooks, battle cards, discovery guides, competitive positioning documents, case studies, demo flows, and ROI/value calculators
- Mastery of MEDDPICC and Value Selling frameworks, including teaching and coaching representatives
- Comfort with analytics, SQL, dashboards, or Salesforce reporting; ability to establish KPIs and measure program ROI
- Personal accountability for field-team productivity, quota attainment, and deal velocity
- Practical experience with Claude AI or similar LLMs for content generation, win/loss analysis, scenario simulation, or workflow automation
- Excellent written communication and ability to simplify complex topics into buyer-friendly narratives
- Preferred: experience at an EPM software vendor; selling to CFO, VP Finance, or Controller personas; Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Looker, sales enablement platforms, LMS systems, Sales Kickoffs, coaching other enablement professionals, or published thought leadership
Benefits:
- Salary range of $88,000.00–$111,000.00 USD annually; for non-sales roles, base salary only and additional bonus eligibility may apply
