Job Description

Senior Salesforce Consultant resolving complex issues in a digital transformation company. Leading CRM solutions and collaborating across teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve complex issues in Salesforce
  • Act as the Salesforce specialist on strategic CRM projects
  • Gather requirements from business areas and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design functional architecture and support technical architecture decisions
  • Configure, customize and optimize Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience, etc.)
  • Ensure best practices, governance and quality of deliverables
  • Lead workshops, trainings and discovery sessions
  • Support the team in incident resolution and continuous improvements

Requirements:

  • Senior experience as a Salesforce Consultant in complex projects
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization (flows, objects, validation rules, permission sets, etc.)
  • Experience with modules such as Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Ability to translate business needs into CRM solutions
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • English for technical reading and interaction with documentation/vendors
  • Availability for CLT hiring
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, Architect, Developer) - a plus
  • Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools) - a plus
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - a plus
  • Advanced English for conversations with global stakeholders - a plus
