Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer developing scalable Salesforce solutions for Veracyte. Requires 6+ years of Salesforce experience and collaboration with stakeholders in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools
- Leverage Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Mappers), and other declarative tools to build complex business processes without code when appropriate
- Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions that align with platform best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver user-centric solutions
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input for Salesforce implementations
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and optionally MuleSoft or AWS services
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews and best practices
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and actively contribute to technical knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, Process Builder, and other declarative development tools
- Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD workflows
- Proven experience designing solutions that balance declarative and programmatic approaches
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data structure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
