Job Description
Senior Salesforce Solution Consultant at Salesforce implementing intelligent AI agents for customer success. Leading design and deployment for Agentforce-powered agents to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement intelligent, autonomous AI agents into Salesforce environments
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Agentforce-powered agents
- Define and orchestrate agent actions and perform continuous testing in customer environments
- Translate complex business requirements into concrete, high-level technical solution designs
- Define data architecture, data quality standards, and governance protocols
- Build and maintain technical documentation and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience with cloud-based technologies and architecture principles
- Advanced or expert knowledge of Salesforce, Agentforce, and AI concepts
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar enterprise data integration platforms
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Agent Studio/Einstein Bots
- Must hold relevant Salesforce Certifications such as Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Sales Cloud.
