Job Description
Senior SEO Consultant developing and implementing SEO strategies to enhance visibility and performance for clients at LEAP Digital Marketing, a leading agency in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing SEO and GEO strategies with a clear focus on measurable growth in visibility, traffic, and conversions
- Owning the performance of your client projects, including defining goals, prioritizing actions, and continuous performance monitoring
- Proactively identifying growth, stabilization, and scaling opportunities
- Providing strategic advice and conducting regular performance reviews with clients up to decision-makers and C-level
- Analyzing, contextualizing, and resolving critical performance deviations
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience independently managing complex SEO client projects in an agency or in-house environment
- Proven track record of directing SEO and GEO projects toward growth, stabilization, or scaling
- Consistently KPI-oriented in your work
- Proficient with common analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Deep understanding of modern search ecosystems — from technical SEO to the functioning of AI-based search and answer systems
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
